This is the handout that I use to announce a seating audition which also doubles as a midterm. Meant to be paired with my playing test rubric, the impartial grading policies and clear rules for the seating audition help you as the teacher to be seen as a fair judge. Making this assignment serve double duty also means less grading for me as the teacher.
