Concert Information and Dress | Band or Orchestra Handout | Editable Template

This handout is what I give to students and parents before a concert. I also attach it to an email that I send out to all parents. The front side explains information such as location, time to meet, and what to bring. The back side has a detailed explanation of concert dress code for performers. I have my top group dress in all black and the other groups dress in white with black bottoms.

I have found that some parents prefer to read a paragraph while others prefer a summarized checklist, so this handout has both! And it also includes little details such as reminding students to go to the bathroom prior to arriving.
